Any business organisation, individual, family or institution (below called customer) can sign up for an Guestbook account at ibahk.com . Customers hosting a home page with any kind of adult-related material are forbidden to use our services. If some one does, they will be removed without prior noticification. 

Links on a Guestbook to an adult-related site of any nature will not be tolerated. 

Unlawful activities, such as offering copyrighted material or software for download from your Guestbook, including links to various sites, will lead to closing of the Guestbook without prior notice.   

ibahk.com do not control the information available in the customers Guestbook but reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to edit or remove any material from the customer's Guestbook. The customer is responsible for what guests are writing in their Guestbook and must immediately delete all the contents that is of unlawful activities. If the customer fails to delete it, he must contact the administrator (iba@ibahk.com) for assistance. 

Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any Guestbook are those of the respective guests of the customers Guestbook who are solely liable for their content.  

Customers will ensure that its use of the Internet complies with all applicable federal, state and local law and regulation, including but not limited to those principles of law which protect against compromise of copyrights, trade secrets, proprietory information and other intellectual property rights, liable or defamation of character, invasion of privacy, torturous interference and export of technical or military data to prohibited countries.  

The customer must provide a valid E-mail address that the customer is the owner of the homepage and the URL to the page that the customer links to the Guestbook. If there is no activity (no one is signing) in the GuestBook for a period of 3 months, the Guestbook will automatically be deleted without notice. When customer's Guestbook get more then 50 messages the oldest message will be deleted. 

The customer will be provided with a password. It is in the customers own interest to keep it for him self in a safe place.  

Changing of this agreement can take place when a new version of the agreement is published on the internet. Existing customers are automatically agreeing to the change by still having the Guestbook connected to their home page.  

Customers or customer's guests have no right to claim any kind of compensation for loss of information or cut service at any time including closing of customers Guestbook that is not covered by this agreement.
